Refund policy
At Aged Overtime, every item is carefully described and inspected before shipment. Because our apparel and watches have different characteristics, separate return conditions apply.
Apparel Returns
Apparel may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free from odors, stains, hair, or damage
- In its original condition
- Returned with all original tags and packaging
To request a return, email support@agedovertime.com with your order number and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Vintage and Pre-Owned Watches
All vintage and pre-owned watch sales are final sale due to the age, condition, rarity, and individually described nature of each piece.
A return may only be considered when:
- The watch arrives damaged in transit, or
- The watch is materially different from the description or photographs provided in the listing
Normal signs of age, wear, patina, polishing, replaced components, timekeeping variation, and other characteristics disclosed in the product listing are not considered defects.
Any issue must be reported to support@agedovertime.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs or video showing the issue.
Do not wear, size, open, alter, repair, or otherwise modify the watch before contacting us. Items that have been worn, altered, opened, serviced, damaged, or had bracelet links removed may not qualify for return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. Contact us promptly if your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can review the issue.
When Aged Overtime confirms that an item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, we will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Return Authorization
Returns must be approved before being shipped. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Please do not send returns to any address without first receiving return instructions from support@agedovertime.com.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds will be sent to the original payment method. Your bank or credit-card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears.
We reserve the right to deny a return or reduce the refund when an item is returned used, damaged, incomplete, altered, or outside the stated return period.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. For apparel, an approved return may be completed and a new order placed for the preferred item or size, subject to availability.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before fulfillment or production has begun. Once an order has entered production, been processed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Vintage and pre-owned watches, except under the limited conditions stated above
- Gift cards
- Personalized or customized products
- Items marked final sale
- Apparel that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
