Shipping policy
Aged Overtime ships apparel and watches separately because each product category has different processing and handling requirements.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Apparel: Processing times vary by product and production partner. The estimated production and delivery timeframe shown on the product page or at checkout applies to your order.
Watches: In-stock watches are generally prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
Orders containing both apparel and watches may arrive in separate shipments.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates begin after an order has finished processing and has been transferred to the carrier. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Watch Shipments
Watch orders are shipped using a tracked and insured service. An adult signature may be required upon delivery.
For security reasons, watch orders may only be shipped to the verified address associated with the order or payment method. We may contact the customer to verify order or delivery information before shipment.
Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed when an order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Contact support@agedovertime.com immediately if an address correction is needed. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed or the package redirected.
Aged Overtime is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Contact support@agedovertime.com promptly if a shipment arrives damaged or appears to be lost.
Keep all packaging and provide photographs when reporting damage. We will work with the carrier and customer to review eligible claims.
A package marked delivered by the carrier is not automatically considered lost. Customers should first check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, property management, and the carrier.
International Shipping
International shipping availability is determined at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless expressly stated.
International delivery may be delayed by customs processing. Aged Overtime is not responsible for customs delays or charges.
Shipping Delays
If we cannot ship an order within the timeframe communicated at purchase, we will contact the customer with an updated estimate and available options.
